Under the visionary leadership of Founder & CEO Mark Foster, the Second Chance Concept House showcases what’s possible when design, sustainability, and community unite. What started as a modest 1,600-square-foot home in Baltimore County has been transformed into a remarkable 8,200-square-foot estate—a seamless blend of reclaimed materials, custom design, and expert craftsmanship.
No designers. No architects. Just passion and purpose. The Concept House stands as a testament to what can be achieved with reclaimed materials and a forward-thinking vision. Every room, every piece of furniture, and every fixture reflects the art of salvage, offering a living experience that is both luxurious and responsibly crafted.
The process of building the Concept House was a true labor of love, requiring creativity, patience, and dedication. Second Chance’s team of craftsmen sourced materials from across the country, repurposing everything from floorboards to chandeliers to create a space that is both distinctive and inspiring.
At Second Chance, we believe in creating opportunities—not just for materials and people, but for other organizations working to make a difference. That’s why we’re thrilled to offer registered 501(c)3 charities the opportunity to host their fundraising events at our Second Chance Concept House, a space that embodies sustainability, creativity, and community impact.
The Concept House is designed to spark conversation, discussion—the embodiment of the mantra “What Is And What Can Be.” If you have any questions about the Concept House, we invite you to use the form below to contact us. One of our friendly associates will follow up with you shortly.
