We’re giving your building materials a second chance.

At Second Chance, we provide whole-home deconstruction and architectural salvage services throughout Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, the Mid-Atlantic region and all along the East Coast. By carefully dismantling structures, we preserve valuable materials—like flooring, fixtures, and doors—that would otherwise be discarded. As a non-profit, your donation of salvaged items may also qualify for tax deductions, making it a smart and sustainable choice. From Maine to Florida, partner with us to reduce waste, support your community, and enjoy the benefits of going green.
